What you can post

Meta approved cometpost's Threads publishing access in September 2026. cometpost does not read your Threads feed, replies or messages.
How it works
- Sign in to cometpost with Google and connect your Threads account from the dashboard.
- Approve the permissions on Threads' own screen. cometpost asks only for what it needs to identify the account and publish what you schedule.
- Write the post in the composer, or let an assistant draft it through the MCP server or API, then pick a time.
- cometpost queues the post and publishes it at that time. You do not need to be online. The dashboard shows whether it published, or why it failed.
Limits worth knowing
- The Free plan includes 3 Channels. A Threads account is one Channel.
- Scheduling reaches 4 weeks ahead on Free and a year ahead on paid plans.
- An agent you connect creates drafts unless you allow it to schedule.
